This project in Mount Duneed nearing completion, and at 8.1 star energy rating it has been an exciting journey right from the initial concept. This family home has been designed with both comfort and function in mind, whilst still achieving a high energy rating. George St, Lorne - Construction Beginning 2024
This new home in Lorne is almost ready to begin breaking ground. We are very excited to start working with the clients to see this building design come to life!

Colac - Complete
The delicate archways and detailed cornices lined with dentils are reminiscent of a victorian style home. Our design was created to protect these details while adding space to this growing family. This renovation project required careful consideration from our team of building designers.

Neade St, Lorne - Under Construction
A midcentury modern home located in Lorne. Renovation works to this family home will maintain the principles of mid-century modern design while implementing principles of an Enerphit home.

Cumberland Apartment, Lorne - Complete
This Cumberland apartment under went a renovation to capitalise on space and views onto the stunning penthouse deck to overlook the open ocean. The simple details stand out in the minimalistic design, capitalising on the magnificent views of Lorne.

Moorhouse St, Lorne - Under Construction
Set in the centre of Lorne with a great view overlooking the ocean, this home is receiving a new deck and an internal makeover. Exposing the natural timber in existing trusses, capitalising on space for the bathrooms and kitchen, and adding simple features to bring out the native colours that surround this beautiful home.

Kirriemuir, Elliminyt - In Planning
This new home is set atop almost an acre of land on the outskirts of Elliminyt, overlooking gorgeous farmland and Australian bush. This high performing, sustainable home will be set just off the edge of a high to protect itself from the prevailing SW winds, capitalising on the Eastern views that span across the valley.

Allenvale Rd, Lorne - In Design Phase
This project has encouraged our building designers to unravel various intricacies. Determined as a BAL-FZ (flame zone) site, this design will respond to the bushfire elements, as well as strive to achieve passive standards.
